saucey sunday

Wasabi Vinaigrette - Ingredients

* ½ cup or 12 tbsp olive oil
* 4 tbsp white vinegar
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp wasabi paste
* 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
* 1 tbsp brown sugar

Method

1. Place all the ingredients into a shake and shake to combine.
2. Serve on salads or warm grilled vegetables (beans, bok choi, courgettes etc)
